Celine Dion - To Honor Michael Jackson at Grammys

Celine Dion has taken time away from singing to make another addition to her family. On January 31st, she will re-appear at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards to pay tribute to Michael Jackson along with Smokey Robinson, Jennifer Hudson, Carrie Underwood, and Usher.

During this tribute, the five stars will sing alongside with Michael on a unique video of the "Earth Song" in 3-D. Target will provide viewers with free 3-D glasses starting this Sunday, those without glasses will still be able to see the presentation, but not in 3-D.

The 3-D video for the "Earth Song" was supposed to be one of the most important pieces of Michael Jackson's line of concerts at the O2 Arena in London. It has never been seen before, and a small part of it was shown on the film documentary "This Is It.

Michael Jackson will be honored with a posthumous Lifetime Achievement Award from the Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences.

Celine Dion, bribing China?

Celine Dion has written in a new song in the hopes that it will be chosen as the theme song for this year's Beijing Olympic games.

Celine will do more than submitting a song, she also plans on visiting China in April for her first ever concert there. Looks like she's aiming to show off her assets and persuade the judges.

Something like this might work in the states or in Europe, but I'm not sure that it would in China.

It wouldn't be the first time a song of Celine would be chosen for the olympic games. In 1996, she performed "The Power of the Dream" at the Atlanta's Olympic games.

Celine Dion's Final Vegas Show

Celine Dion has ended her run of live shows in Las Vegas with an emotional last night performance.

The Canadian singer finished her residency at Caesars Palace hotel on Saturday to rapturous applause from the audience after interspersing her songs with tearful messages to the crowd.

The show, entitled A New Day, opened to poor reviews in March 2003 but went on to gross more than $400 million and was seen by nearly three million fans.

Bette Midler will be taking Dion's place at Caesars Palace with The Showgirl Must Go On - due to open on 20 February 2008.

Enjoy some beautiful memories of Celine's Vegas show with the following two videos.
