Celine Dion Returns to Vegas!

It’s official, Celine Dion is returning to Las Vegas in 2011, where she will be performing at the Colosseum at Caesars Place. For five consecutive years, Celine Dion had sold out shows at the Colosseum!

Since then she went on a worldwide tour in 2008-2009, visited five continents, 25 countries, and played for more than 3 millions fans. She then took a year off and is now ready to head back to Vegas!

Celine Dion is a five-time Grammy Award winner, including Album of the Year and Best Pop Album for Falling Into You (1996); and Record of the Year and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for "My Heart Will Go On" (1998). Her recordings have won two Academy Awards®: Best Original Song in 1992 for the title song of Beauty and the Beast (with Peabo Bryson), and Best Original Song in 1998 for "My Heart Will Go On" (From Titanic). She has earned seven American Music Awards, 20 Juno Awards (Canada) and an astonishing 40 Felix Awards (Quebec). 

In 2004, Celine received the Diamond award at the World Music Awards recognizing her status as the best-selling female artist of all time.  In 2007 she was honored with the Legend Award at World Music Awards in recognition of her global success and outstanding contribution to the music industry.

Celine’s new show will include her biggest hits and capture the romance of classic Hollywood movies performed with a stunning visual presentation. It will also feature 31 musicians, including an orchestra and band.

Michael Buble Dominates the Juno Awards

Michael Buble is a big contender for this year’s Juno Awards, as he has just been nominated for six awards! He is in the running for the Fan Choice Award, Single of the Year for Haven't Met You Yet, Album of the Year, Artist of the Year, Songwriter of the Year and Pop Album of the Year.

"Each of today's JUNO Awards nominees has contributed greatly to the success of the Canadian recording industry, and helped to raise the profile and popularity of Canadian music to even greater heights," said Melanie Berry, president and CEO of the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.

The following artists will perform at the Juno Awards on April 17th in St. John’s, N.L. : Michael Buble, Billy Talent, Drake, Blue Rodeo, Johnny Reid, Justin Bieber, and Metric.

The Juno Awards will be aired the following day on CTV.

Erykah Badu To Perform 'Window Seat' on Jimmy Fallon TONIGHT!

Multi-platinum-selling, Grammy-winning singer-songwriter-actress ERYKAH BADU will kick off a run of TV appearances tonight, March 3, on NBC’s Late Night with Jimmy Fallon with a performance of “Window Seat,” the lead single from her forthcoming album NEW AMERYKAH PART TWO: RETURN OF THE ANKH, which will be released by Universal Motown Records on March 30th.

Badu has also announced upcoming television appearances on The Wendy Williams Show (March 25), Good Day New York (March 26), Jimmy Kimmel Live (March 30), The Wanda Sykes Show (April 3), Chelsea Lately (April 5), and The Mo’Nique Show (TBA).

Now available at iTunes and Amazon.com, “Window Seat” has already been heating up airwaves. The single is the No. 1 most-added track at Urban AC Mediabase and Urban AC R&R, and the No. 1 Greatest Gainer on the BDS Urban AC chart.

“Window Seat” was co-produced by Erykah Badu and James Poyser on keys with Ahmir “?uestlove” Thompson from The Roots on drums. Lady Gaga's unstoppable Monster Ball tour EXTENDED! European dates in May announced, summer North American leg confirmed!

Lady Gaga has announced that her hugely successful and acclaimed Monster Ball Tour has been extended. Following her upcoming and sold out dates in the UK, Australia and Japan, Lady Gaga will perform in Europe beginning May 7th in Sweden, followed by dates in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France before returning to the UK.

North American audiences can look forward to her first major arena tour when Lady Gaga returns to North America this June for a 30-city tour! The North American itinerary and on-sale information will be announced soon.

Alicia Keys Kicks Off Freedom Tour

Alicia Keys officially launched her Freedom tour last Friday in Ottowa, Canada at Scotiabank Place. The opening act couldn’t have been better as Robin Thicke worked his magic with the ladies for an hour, what a treat! Melanie Fiona will be Alicia Keys’ opening act tomorrow night in Rosemont, Illinois.

Alicia Keys performed for 75 minutes and fans were treated to classics such as “Fallin” and “No One,” plus newer songs such as “Try Sleeping With a Broken Heart” and “Put It in a Love Song.”
