Prince's Planet Earth Lyrics

The lyrics for Prince's new album Planet Earth can be downloaded here: 3121

So if you want to know more about his new songs don't hesitate to visit 3121.com.

Here are some details about his new album, but if you don't have your hands on your own copy of this superb album then don't hesitate to listen to it on MuchMusic or MSN Music

Musical genius and cultural icon Prince is back at the cutting edge with Planet Earth. Masterfully delving in myriad styles and flavors, this bold new record marks an extraordinary stylistic growth from an artist whose catalogue seemingly couldn't be topped. From head-bopping rock to soul-heavy funk to rich and sensual smooth jazz, this multi-textured and brilliant album is perhaps Prince's most eclectic and excellent album to date.

Things quickly heat up with the hit first single, "Guitar," on which the legendary axe man totally rocks out the title instrument, crafting one of the most addictively catchy and air-solo inducing tracks of the year. Cool and sexy, this blazing rock number assures us that Prince is once again at the top of his game. On the tenderly beautiful "Somewhere Here On Earth," the artist displays his most sensitive side, crafting a deliciously smooth jazz ballad with a delicate piano sound and sensual muted trumpet, all behind Prince's gorgeous and intimate falsetto. With his remarkable new album, Prince once again proves himself as being among the most influential songwriters, singers, musicians, and producers on Planet Earth. (source)

Prince's Chelsea Rodgers is Real - Check it out!

There's a track called "Chelsea Rodgers" on Prince's new "Planet Earth" album, and no one seems to know too much about her. However, I did find pictures of her and soon her site will be up and running. Could this be Prince's new love interest? Whoever she is, Prince was really inspired on that track, it sounds great!

Madonna and the mob

Madonna, must really love directing because she's once again on a new filming project. This time she's planning on making a movie about her ex-lover and NY mobster Chris Paciello.

The two had a two year relationship and their steamy love affair ended when he ended up in prison for murder. Mark Wahlberg and John Cusack will apparently be included in the project. Guy Ritchie doesn't seem to think it's a good idea and doesn't want to get involved for the time being.

I love mobster movies, series, so actually I can't wait to see how this will turn out, and maybe Madonna will do the soundtrack of her own movie!

Candy Dulfer - Live Montreux Performance!

Here's a super funky set of Candy Dulfer at the Montreux Jazz Festival last year.

I just looooooove funk, and I think she's excellent at it, not to mention that she's a superb saxophonist!

Kelly Clarkson - Any Regrets?

Kelly Clarkson is finally speaking out to clear up rumors about her relationship with label head Clive Davis after the two had creative differences over her latest record.

"There has been quite a bit of controversy surrounding the release of My December, much of which has focused on a supposed feud with my record label, in particular, Clive Davis," Clarkson says in a statement posted on her Web site Monday. "I want to set the record straight on this by saying that I want my band, my advisors, those close to me and my record label to be one big, tightly knit family. Like any family we will disagree and argue sometimes but, in the end, it's respect and admiration that will keep us together.

"A lot has been made in the press about my relationship with Clive. Much of this has been blown way out of proportion and taken out of context. Contrary to recent characterizations in the press, I'm well aware that Clive is one of the great record men of all time. He has been a key advisor and has been an important force in my success to date. He has also given me respect by releasing my new album when he was not obligated to do so. I really regret how everything has turned out and I apologize to those whom I have done disservice. I would never intentionally hurt anyone. I love music, and I love the people I am blessed to work with. I am happy that my team is behind me and I look forward to the future."

I wonder whether Kelly regrets her decision to fire her former management and leave RCA. Unfortunately, "My December" hasn't done as well as expected...
