Mary J. Blige just released her 8th album "Growing Pains" yesterday and will be promoting it heavily by appearing on the "Today Show" and "The View' this Thursday. She will also promote it through "SIRIUS Satellite Radio". There will be many more appearances and I'll make sure to post everything there is to find about Mary.
