Mary J. Blige and Jay-Z will co-headline a 25-date, North American outing called the "Mary J. Blige & Jay-Z: Heart of the City" tour. The tour will start on March 22 at Miami's American Airlines Arena and will hit cities along the eastern seaboard as well as New Orleans, Houston, Las Vegas and Oakland.
