Heidi Montag has recorded a duet with Britney Spears using an old studio recording that never made it on to one of Britney's LPs. “Dramatic" is an uptempo club number featuring Brit’s signature breathy vocals,” Ryan Seacrest said as he debuted the single on his KIIS-FM radio show on Monday morning.
